Order flow
01 schedule
Haute couture rugs are proposed by hand-tufted production.
Production factories are produced in domestic factories in Yamagata Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, and Osaka Prefecture.
It takes about 3 to 6 months from the time we receive your order to the delivery. The delivery time varies depending on the product, size and design.

Haute couture rug & carpet receives inquiries from a variety of customers, including private residences, design offices, interior coordinators, and architects.
Designer Yuko Katsuki listens to customer requests (colors, materials, designs, budgets, lifestyles, etc.) and makes suggestions. We also accept requests from individual customers, so please feel free to contact us about anything.
02 Design proposal
After listening to your budget, design image, and quality, we start design production.
We will propose a design, and at the meeting, we will brush up on the design that the customer imagines. It takes about 1 to 3 weeks to decide on the design.

03 Sample proposal
After you approve the design, we will start prototyping.
Prototype production takes about 2 weeks to 1 month.
Katsuki Connection recommends making prototypes.
04 Rug production
Once you approve the prototype, we will start production.
It takes about 1-2 months for the actual production of the rug.
Delivery time varies depending on size and design. Please be assured that we will explain each time.
05 Delivery
After about 1-2 months, we will deliver it to your desired location. It will be completed after delivery.
